Who we are

EZEU Consultancy is a trading name of U&S Associate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15450049), registered office 9 Beazley Avenue, Mansfield, NG18 5LW. What information we collect

• Details you give us through our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number and details of your enquiry.

• If you become a client: identity and address documents, National Insurance and tax references, business and financial records, payroll information and anything else needed to provide our services.

• Basic technical data when you visit our website, such as your browser, device and pages viewed, collected through cookies.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and give you a quote (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).

• To provide accounting, tax and advisory services (performance of our contract with you).

• To meet our legal obligations, including anti-money laundering checks, record-keeping and reporting to HMRC and Companies House (legal obligation).

• To run and improve our business and website (legitimate interests).

We never sell your data and we only send marketing emails if you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed: HMRC, Companies House and other authorities; our anti-money laundering supervisor and professional bodies; and trusted service providers who support our work, such as email, cloud storage, accounting and filing software, and website hosting. All of them must keep your data secure. Some members of our team or our providers may access data from outside the UK. Where this happens, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

Client records are kept for at least six years after our engagement ends, to meet tax and anti-money laundering rules. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@ezeuconsultancy.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), although we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Security

We use secure, access-controlled systems and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through the contact form; we will give you a secure way to share them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
